Questions Before You Book?

  • A minimum of 15 guests is required for all Calm & Cozy candle-making experiences.

  • Experiences start at $24 per guest. Final pricing depends on guest count, vessel selection, location, and any custom requests.

  • Yes. We travel throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas. A travel fee may apply depending on the event location.

  • We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular dates and seasons may require additional notice.

  • Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to the experience.

  • Each experience includes a luxury fragrance bar, premium candle vessel, guided instruction, all materials, and a handcrafted candle for each guest to take home.

  • Calm & Cozy specializes in apartment resident events, corporate team-building experiences, private celebrations, bridal showers, baby showers, and special gatherings.

  • Most experiences last approximately 1.5–2 hours depending on guest count and event format.
